Not Letting me log into Multiplayer

Well, I know my account info is correct because earlier today I was able to log into the Online mode of demigod. Then, when I restarted Demigod and tried to relog, it always says invalid username/password. I'm sure im typing in the correct login information.

Is this normal, or what?

It seems that you get this message when the connection times out.

Had the same problem, just had to restart the game and it accepted my login. However now I cant find Skirmish/Custom Games (I found many last night) and if I press "Pantheon" nothing happens; or rather; the game seems to try to connect but I am unable to abort, alt-tab, alt-esc, or in anyway cancel the process. It just sits there trying to connect, locking up my computer until I reboot manually. :(

There is a bug where, if you are not able to connect to the Impulse servers (either because you don't have an Internet connection or because the servers are down), you will get the message "Invalid username or password."  So this message doesn't always actually mean your username and password are invalid.

Currently the Impulse servers are down.  I'm guessing they'll be back up at some point tonight, but we will see.

I just bought this game yesterday and I havnt been able to play online either. The "retrieve password and log in" wont work either.

Yeah, I've been trying to log in all night. No dice.  I can log into impulse, I can even see the game as being registered to my account, but I can't log in.  If impulse servers are really that bogged down, it seems to me they didnt adequately prepare.  I know it's not my firewall, and I know it's not a port forwarding issue. The sad part is, the game is just lame without multiplayer, which is a huge disappointment to me, as I was looking forward to a cool single player compaign for my $40.  Had i known it was going to be primarily an online game, I would have saved my money.>:(

Blame Gamestop.  They wanted to hurt Impulse (digital delivery) so they released the game early.  You aren't even supposed to have it yet.

Hence why I'm using Hamachi + Lan, they don't use the servers.
