Should be in yoru email.
But just load up Impulse and logon with your account and it should jsut be there.
i bought it through paypal.
it says with my email that i have not buy anything but i did pay (paypal as proof)

What most likely happened is you had an account with us, under a certain e-maill, but PayPal used a different e-mail addy, and so actually created a new account. This new account does not have the Nickname & Password though, so e-mailing us is the right thing to do.
Expect a reply by tomorrow morning, as we're closed right now.

I have the same problem. I bought the game on the 13th and emailed sales right after. Still waiting for my cd key or a response!

I emailed them on Easter weekend and got a response by 3 pm on Tuesday (their first day back) for a similar issue (which was totally my fault, to be clear).

No, but I think he could wipe his tears and solider through what I'm sure is an endlessly tragic 24 hours for the support staff to come back from their families, especially considering someone took the time to acknowledge him anyway. This is assuming he's also completely innocent in putting himself in the situation he's in, which honestly I'd put at 50/50.
Nah, I'm wrong, chain posting threats and about how they're the worst company ever and he'll never buy anything again is the mature and proper solution.
Personally, my opinion (which I'm sure will likely be unpopular with the short tempered), shit happens. The complaint is valid, the mini consumer tantrum however was not.

If you didn't use your email address from your Impulse account then you will have to contact Support directly.

I have NEVER had a problem with Stardock or Paypal before. Usually entering your email addy into that 'retrieve your serial number/ account box' does the trick AND provided that it didn't get blocked by your email host. I have had that happen before which is a pain in the neck sometimes, therefore having 2 or more email addresses is a good thing. Also changing from Caffeinated to Decaf also helped me out in the long run.
I'm sorry to say you would have saved yourself a whole lotta grief by buying the game from within Impulse, provided you had already installed it and created an account with your paypal email address.

actually there would be. If the person buying the game used a different email other then the one he/she used for their impulse account the game would never show in impulse, thusly creating a sense of panic, in otherwords 'I paid for the game but wheres my serial?/why doesn't the game show up?
all you would have to do is put your email address in the support box app, as I stated earlier in this post and it would have sent any codes/info to that address, if the said address was onfile with stardock. You could have then manually entered them into Impulse. You are going to need impulse anyway, why not save yourself the trouble install it and get it done and overwith.
I always pay through Paypal, that hasn't been a problem for me, sorry to say. All I'm saying is that if he/she would have had an account already and using Impulse it would have saved him/her alot of trouble. Just common sense.
I have a like problem. I had boughten Sins and Sins Entrenchment and payed through paypal wich is a different email than the one I used to set up my Impulse account . I hadn't had impulse installed yet and needed to set up an account So while i was doing this My internet goes down and I lose the Website with the serial info and everything before I ever had a chance to write anything down. SO I never got anything registerd to my new Email through Impulse and cannot recover the seriels online via email. Now i'am out 40$ and am not sure what to do beyond sending an Email to sales and waiting to see what they can do for me. It's just frustrating because you are never more excited to play a game then right when you buy it and not being able to do so is like getting kicked in the stomach ![]()
