Yes, it's on Impulse. If you don't have Impulse then click the downloads section on the top of the page and look for the download link for it. I'd recommend that you verify your serial numbers in Impulse if you ever lose your hard copy of the game.

Not really if you associated your impulse account with account here you don't have to verify
