Subscription probs again help please

I recently renewed my subscription for object desktop before it expired however when I now log into it I am told it has expired  ??
 
 I req a list of serial numbers and this was the response in regard to object desktop

User Name     : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Download      : http://www.impulsedriven.com/about.asp (Install Impulse and use serial)
Serial number : OD-xxxxxxxxx-OEM-xxxxxxxxxxxx

How do I go about resolving this when I was never given a new number

Install Impulse and key in your logon details, username and password. Impulse should do the rest!

But... did you use the same e-mail address to renew as you did for the original purchase? I note you have a different number of xxx's in each option...

You may have to wait for someone from sales, they are on an Easter break at the moment.

Damn, I just noticed mine run out in March - no warning, no nothing... >:(

Mistral1, try it again, the renewal didn't add the serial number, but now Impulse should pick it up.
