Impulse Account Won't Let Me Update My Email
I tried to update my email information on my account's page. There is no option to do so. So, I suppose if I want emails from Impulse or Stardock, they will send it to a dead email address. ![]()
Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.

That site doesn't let you change your email. Can you provide correct link.
I have the same issue. Before I renewed my Stardock account, I had used the proper email address. During renewal, I paid by PayPal so I used my paypal account, and now Stardock has registered my account using my paypal account. WRONG. I have been waiting for a reply for several months now. No one can help me.
You can in fact change your email on the link I provided above. You may want to check to see if you are blocking any pop ups as when you sign in it will pop up a window. Click the 'Logon Info' tab at the top and you will see the option to change email address.
Snow Dog, your issue sounds different. It sounds like you may need an account merge performed. Send an email to sales@stardock.com and be sure to include any email addresses you may have used with us.
We were having some server hiccups the past couple of days, so try it again just to be sure. If all else fails, though, feel free to shoot us an email at support@stardock.com and we'll get you squared away.
