Entrenchment Update

So I read somewhere that Stardock was going to release a patch for Entrenchment sometime this week, was this just a rumor or is this true, if so, can someone send me some information on what this patch will fix, giving the many problems I have experienced lately I would like to know if the patch will address any of the issues I am experiencing in the game, like the ships not destroying discovered mines or the AI quitting so easy or sync issues in multiplayer games etc....

there is a change log in the sins of a solar empire forum, its called Entrenchment v1.02 change log, something like that

The only patch that I am aware of concerns the French/German language options that are currently not appearing before install.

You can try uninstalling the entire game, then check for any left over folders, delete them if found.

Then check for any of the following Keys, delete them if found;

Then launch the System Registry (Start-> run, and type regedit)
Look for and delete the following Keys;

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stardock\Drengin.net\sins
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stardock\Drengin.net\sinsentrench

For Vista 64 bit;
HKLM>SOFTWARE>Wow6432Node>Stardock>Drengin.net>sins
HKLM>SOFTWARE>Wow6432Node>Stardock>Drengin.net>sinsentrench

 

Reboot your PC, and re-install

hey i have a problem wtf is inpulse telling me my registration is invalid sombody beter fix this shit befor i get pissed

Try closing Impulse and running the following file:

http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg

Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web browsers will not handle the file type correctly.  Once you follow the link, save the file and double click it to apply it.  Then relaunch Impulse.  You will need to re-login with your username/e-mail (either will work) and password.
