[DeskScapes] How to access Performance Settings under XP?? DS2.5

I just can't find where those settings are located, they're not under Desk-rightclick->Properties->Deskscapes !

 

Also, are there gonna be any updates to fix these Problems:

-Files downloaded to your Desktop by browser don't show up unless you click the Desktop once

-You cant drag n drop files from the desktop to an explorer window

-Opening the Start Menu freezes the Dream

The performance settings for DeskScapes on Windows XP are automatically set upon install and are not adjustable by the end user.  The issues with file downloads and drag and drop from the desktop are known issues that have been reported but have not yet been fixed.  Dreams will freeze when launching the start menu.  This was done intentionally due to artifacts left around the start menu, as well as for performance concerns.
