Can you make available to cast a spell on yourself if spell is clicked on your portrait? Could be useful for healing/shielding when there's a lot of people near.
or at least having a shortcut like alt+clic in order to cast on yourself. The game lacks some features like that.
I suggested something like this long ago. 
The ui still needs lots of work 
i was wondering: wouldn't it be interesting to have a post that gather all those suggestions that are not balance/or bug but that are however also very important, like self-casting or more interractions while being dead ??
Right now all those suggestions just goes down in the forum and you wonder if the devs have even had a look at them.
in the ideas forum i had one with a lot of ui suggestions. I bumped it up.
