6 days no reminder with reg.codes from support@stardock.com

I've sent twice  the request for my reg.codes (reminder) twice to support@stardock.com and sales@stardock.com via e-mail 6 days ago.

Still no answer, is it ok?

We have answered, our repies may be getting sent to your Spam/Junk e-mail folder.

I have no replies anywhere.

But I have just received the first reply from support@stardock.com to my letter with smartexception crash log (other more then 3 letters I have sent in 2008 were also without any reply).

Could anybody in stardock pay a minute of attention and dig into the matter?

I have just sent you an e-mail from my outlook acct, I pasted the replies that we have been sending you since august.
