TB review so far

ive tested TB yesterday, both ice mode and fire mode

ice: the shatter mechanoc  if fun, and a nice way to do damage

but ice mage have a problem, early game, he get destroyed too easely, and his dmg is way too low early game, but i think hes pretty decent end game

he just need to be stronger early, and i also believe deep freeze should still slow the target like before again, because permafrost aura is not effective

and the castign time of ice nova is a bit too long for just gettin a 1 sec stun at the first level

but overall nice work

Fire: still powerfull , and nice, but seriously, you need to remove rign of fire , and give him a new spell, ring of fire is not worth it, maybe have an imolation spell instead, that will do damage to nerby  unit close to the TB, when its active, its would permanently drain mana

or if you keep ring of fire, make it usefull, end game, the time you take to cast it, you do way more damage over time with your normal atack, and people easely get away, its only usefull vs mobs

also, the fire and ice talent is interesting, to get deepfrezze to max to boost fireball, or deepfrezze shatter, can be worth to get for either fire or ice mage

anyway... good job in general, but tweakign is needed, especially ice mage early game

I agree with the Ice nova part, and the fire ring part. Both spells need tweaking.

As for TB early game in general , however , his main downfall is that he cannot fight over flags. Simply let someone else do it.

Permafrost aura is fine as is, the mana regen is comparable to switching to fire form and back. Nova picks up the slack for the slowing portion (it slows Demis 30% for 7 additional seconds after they are frozen).

I agree with your suggestion on TB immolation, I believe he once had that. Another suggestion I have is to split fireball into a smaller damage number, but an amplification in damage taken from fire spells only for the next [x] seconds. This allows for a synergy element within the fire skill tree just as the ice skill tree has deep freeze. And just like the how the nature of ice and fire are inverse, you would cast fireball first to maximize damage whereas you cast deep freeze last to maximize damage. What do you think?

I like the new TB, the new shatter effect is just the thing to make a demigod fun to play due to the timing needed. I do however feel that fire kinda got left out, probably because it was a strong build already.

But now fire pales in comparison when it comes to the fun you have in frostform, I would like TB to get something not equal as good as shatter but something that adds synergy between his fire skills. An sort of "Overburn" may be it, Add a debuff to all his firespells which stays on the target for 10? secs , stacking up to 5 times, each stacking of it increases the damage done by fire spells by 5%(up to 25% at 5 stacks)?

Perhaps this effect could be included in the 3 level fire aura upgrade, such as
rank 1 = allows for 2 stacks = 10% (5%*2 at max stacks)
rank 2 = allows for 4 stacks = 20%
rank 3 = allows for 6 stacks = 30%

This would give fire a reason to try combo his spells better and over all make him more fun to play.

I like the idea of immolation... but isn't it a bit too much like Ooze for UB? I don't know if they should both have something like that. I think it would be worth bringing rain of fire back instead of using ring of fire

EDIT: New Ideas! How about summoning a giant Meteor, or creating a temporary volcano?

End of ToxDrawace's quote

I would post this into the Ideas category.
