Update won't complete...

I'm trying to update GalCivII to the 1.5.3 version or whichever the latest is... and the update won't complete. It just keeps saying "Verifying Download" and then stalls. I've tried it four times now...

If it does not work after restarting or reinstalling Impulse, please contact support@stardock.com.

Try this from within Impulse:

-Click the blue Stardock logo in the upper left of the Impulse interface and select 'Preferences...'
-Click on the 'Connection' section on the left.
-Check or Uncheck the box that says 'Use Legacy download system (BITS)'
-Close Impulse and relaunch it.
