Can't Acces ICO

In the middle of my game Sins D/c from ICO. Two questions because of this.

Does that mean I lose my connection with the other players?

My Trace rt command gets up to the 16th hop and then it loses connection (after connecting to stardock)

The ICO server is down for maintenance for a while, Yarlen posted a news blurp a little while ago
