'File download is larger than expected'

Here is what the error log's errors are for it... I have no idea how I can fix this... I've been trying to download the patch for Sins, it stopped at 10% on the money.

 

Execption: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a recieve.

Inner Exception: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

 

 

Does that mean its my connection that is closing it? I've tried pausing right before the 10% then starting again... not working. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Opps, wrong forum =(. If there is a mod that can lock this that would be good.

This happened to me once.  It was for UT2004.  I had the option that allowed for pre release versions enabled.  I disabled that and viola.  Hope this works for you.

'File download is larger than expected' typically happens when antivirus/security software is interfering with the download. You could either try adding an exception for Impulse.exe to such software (typically installed to C:\Program Files\Stardock\Impulse) or try temporarily disabling this type of software for the duration of the download/install. If you still cannot get the download to complete properly, please send a mail to support@stardock.com and we can take some steps to resolve this problem.
