ThinkDesk - KeepSafe Still Supported?

How long does it typically take to receive a response

Not sure how many people are using KeepSafe.  I'm using it because it's simply fantastic, and lies at the heart of my automatic revision management and file backup system. Or it should do...

There's only one problem.  It doesn't seem to be moving file revisions to the off-site location which effectively kills my backup strategy dead in its tracks.  I created an official support ticket almost two weeks ago but haven't received any kind of response as yet.

How long do Stardock support usually take to start investigating a problem?  Does anyone else use KeepSafe?  If so, does it work for you?

I use it. The only problem I have is it doesn't quite know what to do with pst files. The dev told me it wasn't designed for that purpose (backing up e-mail). For ordinary files (.xls, .doc etc) it works fine. I have it set to back up to two seperate hard drives, remembering of course to tell KeepSafe to ignore files in each of these backup locations (otherwise it backs-up backups...).

Keepsafe is still officially supported. You can always contact us at support@stardock.com if you have support troubles concerning it.

Since you said you created a ticket can you post the ticket ID so I can do a follow up with you?
