Network Difficulties - Operation Times out when downloading

I have made several attempts since yesterday to download 1.1, but when the download get's to 100%, I receive the following message "Experiencing Network Difficulties - Operation Timed Out".  Is any one experiencing this?  Is there a solution to complete the download?

I have had 1.05 since May and have not had problems downloading in impulse before.

Thanks for any help.

I must say I am becoming frustrated with the lack of response.  I have tried disabling firewalls, antivirus software, even reloading Impulse.  Still the same message.  I can't think of any reason why this is an issue.  PLEASE HELP!

Unfortunately we don't have a good answer yet.  We are still investigating the problem but have been unable to reproduce the problem.  I did make a tweak to one of our servers that I feel could be problematic and hope that helps but am unsure at this point.

Also, If there is any additional error information in your error logs please post that information here.

 rmkiefer07,

If you are not getting a response in the forums, it may be because (as Frogboy said) we thought the issue was resolved.  Frequently users post in the forums and once something is fixed they do not respond.  We thought we had addressed that issue.  So in the future if you have issues with not getting a timely response in the forums, please email support@stardock.com.

Thanks!
