ObjectDock Plus version

No doubt I am going to feel like silly for asking this but I paid for this product today with paypal and got the confirmation email, however there was no link to download this product???

 

I know I am probably doing something really silly but can someone please tell me where I can download the plus version so I can put in my activation code?

I have never used paypal, but from what little I have read about it, it takes longer for things to happen then using a credit/debit card.  Once everything is processed you should get a message providing the links. 

Silly question but are you sure then weren't in the confirmation email?

While you are waiting, download Impulse and install it.  Register with the email address you used for Paypal and everything should be ready for you.

You had 2 accounts, one under your regular SD account, and the 2nd when you used PayPal. PayPal purchases usually create a new account.

These have been merged and you should be all set, I've sent you an e-mail with your Object Dock info.

I just can't get ObjectDock to activate. I copy and paste my code from email and it just gives errors when activating. I went so far as to instal Impulse and all my registration infomation is there. I have turned off my anti-virus and firewall and still no joy. What am I missing? Here's the error i get from the log:

Please check the serial number that you have entered and ensure that it is associated with the email you used. Try to activate the product again. We are having some small isolated troubles with our activation servers.


Here is the guide for attempting to do the activation offline. If you do not get a responce when you email off the code please send a copy of the code to support@stardock.com and we will attempt to manually take care of it for you.

You do realize that its been nearly 2 years since this topic was last used? Simple answer. Don't use Paypal. I don't trust it for a very good reason...

Yes I realize that this thread is 2 years old but I am still having the same issue. At least I think I'm having the same issue. It seems like there was a simple fix and I am hoping it is the same in my case. And I trust paypal more than I trust some software company that I hadn't heard of before the other day when I decided to try this program for free.
