Stardock issue update system.

Why doesn't stardock provide updates to our cases? like the one i submiitted 6 months ago. for example we would know wether or not it's considered , rejected or simply ignored. It is very fustrating when a company introduces all these fancy new features and they can't even tell you is going on with the bug you have. I am not a product manager but any customer feels that fixing a bug in a program should take priority than a new imaging format or animations.

thank you,

Corey

Questions/problems such as these go to Seabass.

You can send a private message to Seabass.

He may not be able to tell you want you want to hear but, he is up to date with the devs and is the best source for info regarding this sort of thing.

*edit*

I thought I should clarify.  As a read this post the OP seems to have some misunderstanding regarding the Support system.  His last response from Stardock will contain the status of the ticket from escalated to closed (I think that's from highest to lowest).  In any case generally I've found Seabass to be helpful in getting such misunderstandings cleared up .

I'm not generally recommending that other's who read this post fire off a PM to Seabass with every question, misunderstanding or other outstanding item they feel needs attention.  Seabass is just one person afterall.

If you log into the Stardock support site, you can see the status of your cases. If it shows Escalated, it means that the issue has been transmitted to the developpers. You might not always get a response from support, although they try to get back with information and possible workarounds as much as possible.

If it has been a long time and you want to know the status of your issue, you can add a reply to the case (using the support website or by email with the ticket id in the subject line). This should put back the case in the support queue.

Edit: or ask Seabass :typo:

While Seabass is super-vocal here on the forums targetting him specifically may burn you later.
