Just got the latest WB and it will not register!!!
HELP HELP HELP!!!!!
I just purchased the latest WB bundle and downloaded it and no matter what I do it will not allow me to register it. I have turned off all fire wall, antivirus and other malware software. I got my registration email and I used the serial numbers provided and the poped up bogus!!
I created a log file that I sent to support several times showing that either the email or serial number was incorrect.
I uninstalled WB bundle and cleaned the registry and still no joy. Stardocks server has been iffy the last 2 days too.
I checked all of my internet settings and called my IP to see if my connection was 100%, pinged away just fine.
Would love to use this product, but, I'm getting very frustrated with it and stardock support for not getting back to me, I even called durring regular hours too guys!!! ![]()
OS: Windows XP Professional SP2
I also sent the request to register via email and no joy from stardock there either!! ![]()
