Tech Tree Editor

I could use some help with getting the tech tree editor to work for me.  I am wanting to add a tech that would give a additional bonus to Soldiering.  I want it to be a branch off of Planetary Invasion.  I believe that I have most of it worked out.  But when I go to save the change.  I get the Parameter Incorrect message.  I am wondering if I am using the wrong Internal name.  I am wanting this to be on the Minor Tech tree in ToA.  I have tried to follow what i can see in the Tech trees in the game.  But am at a loss as to what Parameter is wrong.
