help me install this theme

Hi everyone

 

im really new at this and i found this theme on deviant art

but i have no idea how to isntall it

do i have to download a program and do i have to pay? is there a free program.

First of all, you need Windows Vista.
Then, the bad part comes in.

The theme you want to install involves patching and changing some critical system files. Changing these files involves making changes to your system, which I don't suggest.
Therefore, I'll say you search Google for how threatening it can be to stability.

Someone else may help you better...be patient ;)

jamiestrike Hi..this VS is made for Windows Vista so if you are using windows Vista this is all you have to do...as mentioned above you can use the patch but its not necessary. all you simply have to do is use TuneUp Utilities to install it. I believe that there is a free 30 day trial version as I bought mine and used TuneUp Utilities to apply my VS. Hope this helps you....

sweet i downloaded that tune up program and got the visual style to work.

i am jsut not sure about the dock up the top, any ideas waht program would ne suitable for that?
