Question about Upgrading Ships

Hi,

i would like to know if there is a way to upgrade a single ship at a location where multiple ships are present.

Like you have 4 Ships on the same point and you want to upgrade one of them there.

I was not able to get to the menu you have when only a single ship is in that place. So i could not yet press the

upgrade button when multiple units are present.

I hope you understand what i am talking about ^^

i know that "d" brings up the detail menu of the selected ship,

but this is lacking the upgrade option.
