hehe, that is much appreciated. I have a heavy conscience and I think it's something the customers I help can benefit from. When there are lingering problems for example, I truly will lose sleep over it
Although there is still a lot I am still worrying about other than my new position and its priorities, I am taking time (when possible) to be sure those are all addressed and everyone is happy. I get a lot of satisfaction out of finding success in the wake of frustration and failure
