Straight flyout menus?

I just purchased Objectdock Plus and it's very cool. I see on the 'Screenshot of the day' it shows a straight flyout menu. The only flyout menus I can create are semi-circle fly-outs.

How do I achieve that straight flyout like in the screenshot?
