Hmm... I know it is a couple of months since you posted this, but now that Rock Band 2 is actually out, and I've actually played it, I just wanted to say that it is lovely.  I got my old character recreated pretty easily (which I don't know why they didn't let you transfer them), and played it pretty much all Sunday with my brother instead of doing my homework .  Sadly, our 360 does not have enough room for us to transfer the Rock Band 1 songs over, at least not without preventing any more dlc purchases.  But maybe I'll do some creative memory clearing and try to make room for them if I decide it's worth it.

So, do you have the game yet??  If you do, how do you like it, and if you did the song transfer did you think it was worth it??
