I'm no mod, but I think as long as you don't have any logo/branding there it will be fine.

No logos or branding unless you have proper permission/licensing.
Your Images should be 100% by you, if not, then you will need to gain the proper permissons from the originator to be able to submit.

Jafo would be best to address this question but I don't think he is awake from Down Under yet ;)

I would say as long as you emulate the look and not add any branding it should be fine.

I don't see anything within that image that would necessarily be an issue...though it would help in situations such as these to also show the 'source' of the 'inspiration'.....for comparison....;)
