Screenshot programs?

My screenshot program won't capture my Object Dock... it's there when I snap but when I look at the image, OD is gone! I've used Screen Shot Deluxe (Broderbund) and Screen Hunter (Wisdom-Soft). Just curious which screenshot programs you people use.

Thanks!

Windows comes with all you really need, print screen button on keyboard and MS Paint.

Damn!

All I ever use is MS Paint and never had a problem.

And that's for both XP and Vista.

Sounds like a case of my trying to complicate things! Sounds lame, but I've never used the print screen button! ;p I got it now!

Thanks! :CONGRAT:

I use SnagIt. Works great and it gives the option straight from the program to save to a number of file formats. I save directly to png, then convert to jpg in Photoshop. Gives a crisp, clear screenshot which I find important.

Fastone Capture is a small, easy to use freeware app that uses very few resources and has part screen capture options, etc. Can be found here 3rd one down the page WWW Link :)
