Made to look like a film strip

I'm looking for a background for my object dock that looks like a filmstrip.  Would anyone have any idea where to get one?  I've searched everywhere, but doesn't mean that there isn't one out there.

depending on what you have to work with. I have done a few things with the brushes and they come out very nice.

I am not looking for icons, something similar to the second one up, bottom right. I'd like it to look like a film strip, and then have my icons inside the strip like a negative. I do like these :)
