Error msg: could not write activation signature.

 I started up Icon Explorer and was prompted to enter email and serial number.  I did this and I received an error that said. "Stardock Product Activation could not write the activation signature.   What do I do now ?  Any ideas?

I finally figured it out, If you initailly run the program as an Administrator, then enter email & serial ... it will write the activation signature thingy. Anyone know how to make a program always run as an administrator? -or- how to make Vista not use this feature at all? (note: this is not the same as the UAC)
