Activate Mod?

I followed the instructions on how to install a mod.  But i can't seem to find the "Mod Tab" in the options menu.  Can someone plz point me in the right direction?   Thax

If there's no Mods page in your options, then you're probably still running 1.0. Update the game, and it will reveal itself :)

Well i am running v 1.05 on windows vista and I still can find and of the mods that I downloded should I just donlod them again I have tried coping and moving them to various spots even within the game it did no go I have windows vista ultimate with 4gb ram and a 3200+ X2 1.8ghz athlon and 256mb ram and a 2600 hd pro ati video card with 256 mb
