Trying to play on Iron Clad, Error Message Received, Please Help!

Okay, so I just got this game and really like it and all, but unfortunatley I haven't been able to have acess to IronClad Online. I created an account and everything and updated to v1.04, but when I try to login, I get an error message saying "Account does not exist". Well, I am stumped, so hopefully some of you can help me out?

The Stardock/forum account is different from your ICO account, so you need to create a new one in-game at the login screen ;)

You entered your serial and everything, right? And you actually made an account with Ironclad before coming here?
