eSupport, MyColors, WindowBlinds, Impulse,...

Hi,

I have submitted two tickets: SBY-457148 (Mar 31 2008 03:41 PM) + LEZ-845190 (Apr 02 2008 08:37 PM). Still no answer from Stardock Support.

Also, Stardock seems to have some problems with their softwares/addons:
- Impulse > Many problems (Problematic MyColors update process - Vista)
- Impulse > Automatic archiving doesn't work or doesn't exist (before the update process)
- Some problems with WindowBlinds (Vista)
- Impulse > MyColors Cosmos not listed
- Impulse > Some programs are not listed (Object Desktop Premium Suites, Desktop Gadgets and ObjectDesktop Documentation)
- Impulse > Very sloowwwly navigation (Community tab)
- MyColors Sins of a Solar Empire > Buggy under Vista
- WindowBlinds 6 > Child windows not skinned in Opera, WinRAR, MP3Tag and Command Prompt. (YLK-131195 - Jun 22 2006 12:56 AM)
- WinCustomize Website > Not compatible with Opera browser.
- WinCustomize browser > Out-to-date and problematic (logging errors)

I'm slightly disappointed of Stardock since the last two years. (:( I hope that the future will be better...

Notice: I don't know if it is at the good place for this kind of "comments/complains", I don't found the email to submit my comments.  ;p

well, right after I run my mouth, I get Stardock on the phone, and they fix my problem in like 2 seconds... :)

Just like a woman, Stardock is.. can't live with em, can't live without em...

Glad to hear... well most of it. Just so you know if you send in a support ticket an email should be sent back giving you the ticket number and verifying that we did, in fact, get it. If you didn't get one then we never got it. Either way so long as things are working now it is all good. Just let me know here or through support@stardock.com if you have further troubles.

Hi,

i'm trying to activate my ObjectDockPlus via email since about a week...
I send 4 mails, to activate@stardock.com, to support@stardock.com... I got no response...
I send a mail from my company account, still no response...

I checked the spam-folder of my e-Mail... Nothing...

I registered at esupport, no confirmation email...
I opened a ticket (don't know how that works without an account, but it seemed to work.
Still, no answer...

I paid for the product, i want to use it and i don't get any answers on my mails...
Very annoying..

We've responded (Seabass/Travis) sent you a response, it should give you directions to get your ObjDock Plus registered and downloaded.

SJN I have two tickets that are linked to your account email.

The first was written on the 11th and a responce went out to it less than two hours after it came in.

The second was from way back in Jan and seems to have come to a conclusion.

I am PMing the whole of the conversation to you from the earliest email.
