Have not recieved purchased products yet

I decided to buy Cursor FX Plus and Magic Desktop Suite about 20 min. ago. but I have not recieved my email yet. When I bought OD 2007 I got my email right away. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Okay here's the problem I ordered these products and paid  $23.90 for them and my stardock account does not even show that I pruchased them I have the confirmation number and everything pleas help A.S.A.P.

You should be able to get all your registrations here: https://www.wincustomize.com/myaccount.aspx?reg

Plug the key into SDC (or Impulse) and you should be good to go.

I don't have the keys to begin with all I have is an order confirmation number and it went through to my account but i did not get the products i paid for.

Hello, I'm suffering from the same problem. None of my products will activate for some reason even though I had a serial appear when I'd finished purchasing OD08. I tried that link posted by Zubaz, and it doesn't show my serial(s) and I haven't received an email. Equally serial lookup doesn't work. I don't know if the time difference plays a part but it would be nice to have a working serial/activated products in the next few minutes!

EDIT: Apologies if I seem chronically stupid.

Double Edit: Just got the lookup to work, it gave me the same serial and it still isn't working.

Triple edit: actually working now. Weird!

Dear Seabass

I purchased Desktop browser yestreday from stardock.com website and its been more than 18 hours that i have not received any email with the download link and serial number.

I tried to login with the email address i provided during the pruchase but it throwed a message that the password was incorrect. I clicked on Forgot your password and received a new password in my email. Tried to login with the new password but received the message that i have exceeded the maximum number of attemps to login and informed me to email sales@stardock.com.

I did email but have not yet received a reply yet. I am worried with the entire thing. Just in case if you are thinking about the pruchase. The purchase was successful and i have been charged. I have checked the same with my bank.

If stardock cannot provide support during weekends, they should stop selling products.

I have paid for something which i am not able to use. I even tried calling stardock with the hope to be able to speak with someone but was answered by the answering machine. I cant explain how i feel because i dont know what to do???

Please please help me out

It's the weekend, support is off. They should reply tomorrow or Tues (48 hour turn around time).

Why dont they just send me the link and serial? Thats all i want.

It seems poor support from stardock that they have not thought about users facing these problems while purchasing over the weekend. It would have been a more proactive approach that while making a purchase, they communicate clearly that there will be no support during weekends. Had i known that, i would not have purchased it over the weekend.

Here's a question...did you use paypal to make the purchase? Is your paypal email the same email as the one you used to register to buy ODNT? Have you checked that one? Junk email folders?

I have checked everything. I paid through credit card.The invoice has my email address. I have checked Junk mailbox as well. I have not received any email from Stardock with the link to download Object desktop and serial number.

In the meantime, I would try downloading Stardock Central, entering your purchased e-mail, and see if that goes through.
