hmm just wondering.......im planning on doing a skin based on Sao Fong's map (pirates of the caribbean at worlds end)

would i need permission from Disney? Im not planning to use any of the maps images, but my own, but obviously based on the idea of Sao Fong's map.  So will this be classed as fan art?
