serial number

stardock central is asking me to enter the gal civ 2 serial number on the back of the jewel case. i entered it and it said "you must enter a valid serial number to continue" no matter what i try it always does the same thing. please help.

If you purchased it in Europe you may need to go to the following page to rectify your issue > https://www.galciv2.com/paradox/
If that does not rectify the issue then contact sales@stardock.com for help (wont be in now till tuesday).
