SD is not open on weekends and it was a 3 day weekend I believe for them. They just got back Tuesday. Il also wager that they got tons of Emails to catch up on over the weekend. Gaming is only one aspect of SD ;)

But I will say that they will get to you in the fastest fashion they can. They always do.

By the way, sarcasm never gets people motivated ;)

I don't think sarcasm factors into any form of customer service to be honest my friend, if you have any customers money you just ignore any jibe they may throw and get on with providing the service. My money and their contractual agreement upon my purchase is their motivation. Besides, it wasn't meant maliciously. Thanks for the tip though. :)

Richdog....re the "you're not exactly the worlds largest company and inundated with countless emails a day" a quick check of your Membership number here on Wincustomize.com could go a little way towards correcting that impression...;)

Support will look after you as soon as they're up to your ticket/email....no dramas there...;)

Richard,

I am e-mailing you out of the support system, please check for it.

Our normal support system is down right now, sorry for the delay.

I don't call a 72-hour response rate particularly impressive considering you're not exactly the worlds largest company and inundated with countless emails a day.

No, but we do answer our email, even if it is a bit delayed now and then during large releases or technical problems with our CRM software (we're working with the vendor to get that fixed right now).  There are many software companies, especially game companies, that don't even answer email.

You also can call sales, or get on irc and ask for somebody in sales.  They will work over a private message to solve the problem.
