Wallpaper (login/every hour) not applying

Hi,

I have an issue with Windowblinds not applying the conditional (login or every hour) wallpaper to the desktop.  It will happily change the wallpaper from the "change my wallpaper" tab, but the settings on the "Random wallpaper settings" tab never seem to actually work.

Vista Ultimate x64 SP1 - WB info below:

And, as is always the case with these things, it suddenly fixed itself (the hour;y change now works - I'll test the login change)

possible reasons for no change:

desktop icons hidden

another program with wallpaper control in conflict (DesktopX, Natural Desktop, etc)
WindowBlinds - Free yourself of the default settings, customize your desktop.

More info:

It is working (and probably always was, but I think the issue is that the random wallpaper changes are not random - it always starts with the same wallpaper and changes them in the same sequence (this is why I thought "change at login" was not working - it probably is changing, but it's changing to the same wallpaper each time I log in.)
