Vasari Dark Armada

If you have seen my question about the pirate base assault, you will already know that I am playing a massve campaign map. My next question involves the use of the Vasari Dark Armada tech. So far Ive called it in twice and only gotten 5- 6 ships (cruisers and frigates) to show up. Is the number and type of ships decided by how many phase regulators you have or is it always that small?

It's always that small PER phase stabilizer you use. So, tech up 2 planets in the back of your base with 3 each and you'll get about 30+ ships every 5 minutes for free. Unstoppable.

If you are going Dark Armada, this is what you need to do:

1) Get both levels of dark armada research, not just the first.

2) Build as many phase stabilizers as you can. I always had a minimum of 5 going, but 10+ is best.

3) Keep researching fleet cap until you hit the max.
