Object Dock crashes IE help?

I recently downloaded the free version of Object Dock (ObjectDock 1.90 Freeware [April 2007] Build 536) and I love it, everything works fine except when I run Internet Explorer 7 I cant work on it for more than 5 mins until it crashes, but when i close Object Dock, IE7 works fine. I saw that someone already had a problem like this and when they removed the Yahoo toolbars it fixed the problem. I dont have any extra toolbars on my IE7, i run windows XP SP2, 1gb RAM, 2.00Ghz

Please don't offer to DL firefox or Opera, im an IE fanboy (lol) and i know that theres most likely a small detail that im missing that keeps crashing it.. just gotta find it =(

ANY help appreciated, thanks!

You could be on to something there . I did a re-install of XPsp2 with IE7 and its been working flawlessly until I installed Object Dock Plus today . Now when I open IE7 after opening about 2 pages I get an egg timer and I have to do Ctl+Alt+Delete to quit IE7 .So I quit Object Dock and everything is back to normal now . Sound like something is not right .

Since you like IE so much, I will not recommend that you switch to Firefox.

Although, I can tell you that I have two computers, both using the free version of ObjectDock.
1. Windows 2000 with Firefox - no crashing.
2. Windows XP with Firefox - no crashing.

Now, this does not help you much, but I am able to confirm that ObjectDock does not make Firefox crash.

You know, you can have Firefox act like IE with the IE Tab extension for Firefox. Just a thought.

Try disabling all the add-ons in IE7 and see if the crashes stop.

If so, re-enable the add-ons one at a time with enough time between each one to see which one is crashing IE7

Quick update this morning.

I needed an image to add to an email for work. I had copied it off of a website, opened it in MSPaint to edit it. After I saved it, I clicked on it to open it. The file opened in IE.

Within 3 seconds, ObjectDock crashed. I closed IE and restarted ObjectDock. I again tried to view the image in IE and this time ObjectDock did not crash.

I am on a computer that has Windows 2000 and IE 6.0.2800.1106.
