well it seems that i gots nothing i preordered game yesterdays night(my time) and as soon as noticed this topic used support service.... it sent me mail saying i gots nothing on my list at all

Well, I bought the game with tokens from totalgaming.net, and I've received my serial instantly. Lucky me, because I'm downloading with full speed right now.

For my as european, those tokens are really great (thanks to the weak US dollar). Those 70 bucks for 10 tokens translate into 50 euros, which means I bought SoaSe for 25 euros, which is only half(!) of the price, a newly aquires game does cost normally.

Yeah, you're right. I finally decided to do it the same way. 10 tokens for 48.40 Euros is a bargain, if you consider the discount on TGN purchases via tokens.

You need to wait. Processing preorders takes time. They will get them all in, will just take a few hours.

Because the preorder confirmation does not mean your preorder was processed yet. You will get your serial number once Stardock processes and charges you for it.

Your bank placed a temporary hold which will be released. You won't actually be charged until your order is processed this afternoon, and then you'll receive your serial by email.

Technically you havent payed for it. Pre-Orders are not charged to your CC/Debit card until release. Since its being processed now once ur card is charged you will get the email of your serial.

if anyone runs into this problem:

constantly asking you to login after pressing install on the download

then reboot your comp, and afterwards it will work fine


BTW, is it just my d/l speed that started at around 2000kb/s and has dropped to around 200?

Mine is jumping around between 2KB/s and 200... usually around the low hundreds.
