Switch from primary to secondary: Multiplicity stops to work

Hi!
I've reconfigured Multiplicity PRO from Primary at secondary machine and viceversa.
The old primary runs Winxp update at today, the new primary (old secondary) runs Vista 64 update at today.
Since yesterday With the old configuration, everything runs perfectly, but now the Vista PC (primary machine) see the secondary but cannot connect :(
The firewall it's ok, the name and IP it's ok, the port is the right one (and before this change from primary and secondary all was OK), I see in the secondary machine the icons (near the clock) active but in the primary machine (vista) the icon is disable (disconnected).
I've already uninstalled in both pc Multiplicity, then I've newly installed from the very beginning as primary on Vista and Secondary on XP pro.....but same thing, nothing changes.
So I have installed Stardock Central to be sure about the version and also with that program I've problem ......
If I log me online on Stardock with my name (mail address) and password I'm recognized but if I put the same data on Stardock Central I obtain "the nick name is altready in use" or something others (you can see the screenshot).
So I have "lookup" my serial and I've redowonloaded Multiplicity and reinstalled, but same situation.
"Stardock Multiplicity Pro 1.21
Copyright © 2003-2007 Stardock Corporation
No secondary machines are connected to currently."
Multiplicity see my secondary machine but it's unable to connect.
You can see the real situation of my pc: the first one with Vista 64 have 3 monitor and the second one with XP one (at the moment).
So please, I need to have Multiplicity running as always for my job......
What I can do? Both for Myltiplicity as for Stardock Central.

Sorry for my bad english, it's not my native language.

Thanks

PS I've already written to Support (ticket is JXS-893035 with screenshts)

Hi Seabass, thanks for your reply.
My ticket is [#JXS-893035]: Multiplicity PRO
I'm still in big trouble and the situation is still the same: I cannot connect my Vista pc (primary pc now) with the secondary pc (ex primary) while I had the opposite situation, all it was OK.
I've had some reply from Support (Mike / milksama [Stardock]) but his replies are completely useless.
As you can see in the screenshots I have attached at the mails, all seems OK, but Multiplicity is DISCONNECTED.
I bought Multiplicity because I need it, I cannot jump from one pc to the second one and the third one.... I need to have one mouse and one keyboard.
It's more than 2 weeks that I ask for help......
Please what I have to do?
