Skins dont load..

Skins dont load..

well i downloaded the trial.. and, my skins dont come up.. like i click the skin then it will load.. then change my desktop to old windows 98..
im currently running windows xp.. does anyone know how to fix this problem.. ive reinstalled over 5 times =(..
still nothing.. please help me

im having the same problem to and the skins wont show its just the windows 98
