Skinning and Pixel Problems with the startup menu

Hello,

I like windows blinds and have been using the other Stardock sofware for almost a year now. Ever since I loaded windows blinds, I have had problems with the skinning of the start bar. It's not to the point where the start bar is completely un-usable, but it looks really quite deformed...

Anyways, I thought I might make a post here to see if I could inquire any solutions from anyone.



Alot of the pieces just don't seem to fit..

Here is what it is apparently supposed to look like...

Some things I noted
-There is a funky bar under the "All programs" button
-My username on the top left "Jordan" is out of place
-my start menu programs on the left side just don't seem to align properly
-There is a "Drop-Shadow" outline that goes around the outside of the start menu
-I'm not sure, but the "All Programs" button just doesn't seem to be skinned properly.

Aside from that, there is a little out of place skinning on the top right of every window..



The line curves downwards, but aside from that it skins perfectly.

I guess You are using Vista. I´ve had the problem of not correctly aligned Caption Text background of normal window caption bars there, with skins made for XP. For a new skin I also couldn´t fix that in skinstudio so I left out this feature completely ;p

P.S. don´t know if that´s already been noticed or fixed by makers of WB here or not a bug at all ??

I believe the skins have to be made vista ready - it's not automatically done by WB

I've never had any issues with my own wb skins developed in an xp environment for xp looking misaligned in vista. They look good in both os's. Is this possibly an issue with incorrect margins skewing the image output?

Is your screen resolution by chance 1440x900???

Looks like some buggered settings in the WB if it's the only one doing that... Use a diff skin :)

I seem to have problems with each and every skin I load, I can get screenshots of all the settings, or the startbar with a different skin if it'll help.
