Windowblinds 6 and My Fix

Like other people, i too have had problems with my themes reverting to classic view and blacked out buttons when i would apply a skin. I downloaded all the updates and still it would not work. I have a new laptop with a 17 inch wide screen at a 1440x900 top end screen resolution. I got to thinking maybe my video card was having a problem rendering all those goodies into a large screen, so i set my screen to it's lowest res of 1024x768 and applied a theme. Too my hopefull surprise it worked. It didnt look good on my wide screen, but at least it changed over. I closed WB6 and reset my res back to 1440x900 and it held. I opened WB6 and applied another theme and it worked just fine. I guess it's like an old washing machine or radio that you have to give it a swift kick to jump start it. I have a NVIDIA GeForce Go 7950 GTX card. Maybe if you guys at Stardock have one of these and a 17 inch wide screen laying around, you could figure this one out. :NOTSURE: All i know is that i am a happy camper and got the dang! thing to work.

That's interesting. It appears that there have been quite a few problems of this nature over recent times and hopefully the Stardock guys will look at your findings and figure out something  :)
