Windowblinds theme reverts theme to Windows classic.

I have downloaded and installed the Trial version of windowblinds, and upon selecting a downloaded theme, all it did was load up the windows classic theme. I have tested this with all of the default themes too, and have had no luck. I know it's a trial, but that doesn't mean I can't use custom themes to some extent, and I have no idea what's wrong, which explains why I am currently asking on this forum.
Here's the Config from window blinds:
WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.01 (build 40 x86) - Shareware
WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.
(Plug and Play Monitor) 1 is attached to Sapphire RADEON X1600 PRO
