Mod Folder Setting Seems Locked

Recently when I was trying to use a mod in DA I found the program cannot see the mod folders. There are actually mods in the mods folder that don't appear on the menu when the use mods box is checked. The program also won't let me change the mods folder and I can't seem to get it to see even the "Example" mod that came with the program. This is quirky because it works when I play DL, but not in DA. I tried an complete reinstall of the game but to no avail. Any ideas would be appreciated.

What folder are you putting the mod under? GalCiv2/Mods or GalCiv2/DarkAvatar/Mods?

I'm guessing you are putting it under GalCiv2/Mods but Dark Avatar is looking for mods under GalCiv2/DarkAvatar/Mods. Try putting your mods there (if there isn't a Mods folder there, just make one).

OK, I'll give that a try because you're right, the mods folder is Galciv2\mods. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks! :)
