Support Help...

I had noticed that sometimes support replies quicker if its posted in the forums... so here goes. :SURPRISED:

I've just had to reformat, went to install wb after sorting through updates and it seems i've hit my activation limit. I'm wondering if any one of you guys from support could help me out and possibly reset it? ( email: astyanax1 [at] gmail [dot] com )
