How about this...

I haven't read the site guidelines in a bit but i would guess that ads are a no-no. So how about a thread for nothing but trading?

I was thinking that just about everyone here has a few old parts lying around so why not trade with fellow members?

What do you think? :NOTSURE:

No women but here's the list:

256 PC2700 SODIMM memory stick for a laptop
40 gig Maxtor HDD
12x CDRW drive

And a whole HP machine:

Celeron 1.5 GHz CPU - I think...
128 MB SDRAM
40 GB HDD
DVD/CDRW Combo drive
Onboard video and sound

Needs a PSU though...

Strange, that... one Linux user who don't like Vista... er, selling Vista to another Linux user who don't like Vista.

I mean, WOW, what a backflip... Kona has Vista! :SURPRISED: After all you said about Vista over past weeks, to be honest, I'm quite surprised... no, totally dumbfounded that anyone could even GIVE it to you.

And it's said that stranger things happen at sea. :NOTSURE:

Actually I took Vista off my machine. I'm back to Linux. I don't quite have to resources to run Vista at this time.

Sounds like a plan... building up the resources to run Vista adequately/more smoothly. Once you do I'm sure you'll find Vista an enjoyable OS to work with... as many of us have. Anyhow, all the best with it and may you and yours have a great holiday season. :)
