Any way to have Running Programs and System Tray icons in the same Dock ?

hello,

I would like to have sort of Start menu, shortcuts at left,
running programs in middle & tray icons on the right; but on the same dock.

Is this possible ?

No. For that you would need seperate tabs or seperate docks
