Screen Refreash when adding new skins

Hi,
I resently download Bootskin 103 and I noticed when I was adding some skin in that the list doesn't refreash unless the skin name is at the end of the list. To refreash the list so I can choose to skin, i need to close bootskin and restart it.

Is this normal, or a bug?

none of the versions have worked for me so far
