HELP.....

I recently reinstalled an older version of windows blind. version 4 to be exact. (need to upgrade lol) But anyway. I decided to put on the Cosmo theme. but it has seemed to overwrite the original windows theme. take a look at my desktop with the original windows theme. Look at the "power button" below the X, minimize, and expand buttons.

I reapplied the original windows theme about a good 10 times, i unloaded windows blinds and I've deleted the cosmo theme. and it shows up in every one of my themes now. Is there a way to fix this?
It just recently did this. Ive used many themes before hand then this one triggered something .

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software yet?

That logo is actually not a part of the Luna theme.

  1. Start->Run gpedit.msc
  2. User Configuration->Windows Settings->Internet Explorer Maintenance->Browser User Interface
  3. Double click Custom logo
  4. Replace the logos with one of your choice, or simply remove the custom logo

Hopefully this may be of some help.

That's a throbber you have there.

You can try this:

Remove Throbber from IE & Explorer http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/removethrob.zip

The throbber has a way of "sticking" even after changing themes. Sometimes a simple reboot fixes this
